About Us

Mindfulness, Relaxation and Yoga 

Lourda has been practising Yoga and Mindfulness for 15 yrs and has enjoyed teaching since 2012. She holds a 180hr Meditation Teaching Diploma with Yoga Ireland and is trained to teach Mindfulness to Youth with the internationally recognised Mindful Schools. She is a qualified trust in birth prenatal yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance accredited school The Elbowroom, a certified Kids Yoga teacher with Rainbow Kids Yoga and Restorative Yoga teacher with Puja Yoga. She has also completed the Total Yoga Nidra Foundation course with Uma Dinsmore-Tulli.

Lourda brings a calm, nurturing energy to her classes and is particularly passionate about teaching mindfulness and relaxation techniques to parents and families. As a busy Mom of three young kids she knows what a juggle life can be with many different roles to fulfill, and how difficult it can be to make time for yourself. In particular, through stressful pregnancies, she found mindfulness and yoga practice of huge benefit in providing the pathway through life’s many twists and turns. Lourda likes to create a warm, welcoming space in each class where everyone feels at ease and can simply let go.

Our Services

Schools and Preschools

We teach mindfulness using a research based age appropriate curriculum and yoga to youth in preschool and schools (Primary and Secondary). This can be delivered to entire classes during the school day or as part of an after-school club. If you are a group of parents with kids a similar age we can also facilitate tailored classes. Please get in touch to discuss options and find out more.


Mindfulness courses, meditation and pregnancy yoga classes are available 1:1 in the comfort of your own home. If leaving the house is difficult for you maybe you prefer to connect via Skype. Please contact us to discuss a personalised package to suit your specific needs and budget.


We can deliver Mindfulness or Yoga Nidra Meditation classes during lunch hour or longer workshops after work. If you wish to arrange a one off event as part of a wellbeing week please let us know your requirements and we can arrange a package to suit your requirements.

Group Classes

If you are a group of friends or family that wish to practice Mindfulness/Meditation/Restorative Yoga classes please get in touch to discuss your requirements. This can be arranged as a tailor made course or a one off event for Birthday or other special occasions.


I'd thoroughly recommend Lourda’s class. I have been doing it 6 months now and what a difference it has made to my life. It gives you tons more energy for your week. Relaxes the whole body and mind. Its the best sleep medicine ever for those who find it hard to sleep and switch off and Lourda is fantastic teacher.
